Rameder presents new carrier systems right before the Easter holidays
Easter is nigh, and those holidays may well provide
for the time for a short holiday. Perhaps including a cycling tour? Well, then
just do it. Rameder, Europe’s
largest provider of transport accessories for cars, has some interesting new
bike carriers on offer. Check out its extensive range at www.rameder.eu.
The stable Hapro
Atlas 2 Premium (Euro 329), for example, with its payload of 60kg it can
carry two bikes (also e-bikes). Thanks to a payload of 65kg and the right
rails, the Atlas 3 Premium (Euro 349)
can even carry three. The integrated locks of the Hapro carriers also protect against theft.
Rameder’s lightweight rear solutions are the Ufo 2+ and UFO 2+1 systems. A low weight at a high payload make for best
transportation. 60kg payload for two bikes or e-bikes provides the Ufo 2+ (Euro 519,01). And three bikes
are carried by the UFO 2+1 (up to
70kg payload; Euro 629). Both have a 13-pin plug.
An alternative to rear
carriers is the Hapro Giro roof rack
(Euro 89). It will carry a bike of up to 17kg and can be mounted on the base
rack with no extra tools being required. Thanks to the quick-release system,
neither any pre-assembly nor pre-adjustments are necessary. Two always
integrated locks provide anti-theft protection for both bikes and rack.
