The “marten shocker” by Rameder protects your car and the animals
The “marten shocker” protects the ignition system’s electric cables and coolant hoses. The device is mounted in the lower engine compartment by means of a lug. The “marten shocker” emits ultrasonic waves (at ca. 22Khz) and martens don’t like it. This means that they take a run fast without getting hurt. Since martens are nocturnal animals, they will also be shocked by the very bright 10mm LED, which doesn’t inconvenience other animals or people, however.
State-of-the-art micro-electronics and high-frequency sound sources lend the device much operational safety. It will work perfectly between - 40°C and + 82°C. At a current collection of only ca. 20 mA any car battery discharge can more or less be excluded. A tip: if the marten has already left its odour signature, this has to be removed by washing the engine and the parking space of whatever kind very thoroughly. But it’s worth its while. Rely on Rameder and prevent damage to the engine compartment by using the “marten shocker”. It will save time and money.
